About Event

The Anatolian Cultural Fete has become a brand name and is one of the biggest cultural events in the UK. In parallel with the increasing demand, the event is getting larger and continues to grow every year. Celebrating the festivals 9th anniversary this year we are expecting more visitors than ever from in and around London. The Anatolian Cultural Fete is located in one of Hackney’s best loved traditional parks, Clissod Park. This ‘green flag’ awarded park is set across seven acres and will be home of the festival from the 11th – 15th of May 2017.

What's on

We are bringing the culture of Turkey to London… You are going to feel closely, Magnificent Turkey’s beauties with the artists and inimitable photo gallery..It is worth to see these beauties…

Turkish Cuisine
One of the greatest cultural legacies of the Turks who played a major role in the beginning and development of the history of civilisation and undertook the first great migration bringing along their values and culture to the Anatolian lands is the Turkish cuisine.
Ottoman Marching Band
One of the oldest marching band “Ottoman Marching Band” is going to be with us…This Wonderful Ottoman Marching Band concert will make you a journey in the time machine….Come and Live it..
Oil Wrestling
We have been holding Anatolian Wrestling Competition with the support of Turkish Wrestling Association since 2009. We have hosted legendary wrestlers here in London.
Puppet Shadow Show
Karagöz and Hacivat are the lead characters of the traditional Turkish shadow play, popularized during the Ottoman period.
Traditional Theatrical Plays
Traditional Turkish theatre is an important element of our culture and the fete. It is a pleasant and a delightful show enjoyed by all. With shows presented both in English and Turkish, moments of pure entertainment awaits the viewers.
Jongler Show
Juggling is a physical skill, performed by a jongler, involving the manipulation of objects for recreation, entertainment, art or sport. The most famous Turkish jongler Obus family is with us again.
Fun Fare Ride
Festivals are for kids. We are proud to say we have amazing fun activities for kids. While they have an opportunity to learn our culture, they can enjoy uncountable activities during the festival
Traditional Art
Turkish art refers to all works of visual art originating from the geographical area of what is present day Turkey since the arrival of the Turks in the Middle Ages. Turkey also was the home of much significant art produced by earlier cultures.

        UK’s Biggest Anatolian Cultural Festival held at Clissold Park between 11-15 May. This is a charity based event, organised to raise funds for children’s education. Please come along to have a taste of the delicious Turkish / Mediterranean Cousin and learn about the Great Anatolian Culture. Visit the stalls for a diverse shopping experience or relax and unwind at the Eastern Corner with a sip of Turkish Coffee whilst watching the Ottoman Marching Band (Mehter). Come along with your loved ones to be part of this lovely organisation and show your support. We would be delighted to see you here…
